DAY:2

I had a good feeling about today; after all between my sleep and me, I had gained upper hand . I woke up at 12:30, a full half hour earlier than yesterday. Some might judge me for flaunting it, but to me its nothing less than an achievement, and I was ecstatic. To add to this overwhelming happiness, I just realized that the Goddess of fitness has bestowed her mercy on us mere mortals. I mean today's workout was supposed to be only 10 minutes.
For breakfast, I served myself a bowl of hot milk with an extra large portion of chocos and  enjoyed it to the very last sip. I'm doubting that I might be on the verge of an addiction. Is it normal to have two full bowls of chocos the night before, and crave for more the first thing in the morning?
The rest of my day was normal, so normal that I had pongal for lunch. I know its not something people usually crave. But in my case I used to truly relish this dish. To my misfortune, the first time Amma made it I expressed my feelings on how much I enjoyed it. From that day for months together every alternate Sunday you could expect this for lunch. Amma is a working woman and Sunday's are when she gets to unwind, and cooking is something she absolutely detests, and so pongal became her resort.
Around six fifteen, after Amma completed her long afternoon nap, the two of us started planning about the time to work out, and seven o'clock was the conclusion we arrived at. This is when it struck us, yesterday night my brother and sister had send a video on the family group inviting us to the party of our baby sister's first birthday. So we advanced our workout time which was of 10 minutes to 6:45. Only when we completed, did we realize that what takes ten minutes for the goddess of fitness take us mortals half an hour.
We rushed to the phone and attended our family's first zoom birthday party. The birthday girl was dressed in pink like a beautiful Disney princess. But within seconds nobody could hear anything other  than the screams of the three sibling. At just the age of one this princess made sure her voice is heard amidst her elder sibling, a quality I truly admire. Finally after struggling between the three, my aunt managed to get them around the table to cut the cake. As she placed the birthday girl on the table, her leg scraped  through the cake and the frosting that came out was so swiftly shared among the three, a sight worth million dollars.
